Data Deletion

How to request deletion of Facebook connection data

Last updated: January 24, 2026

Who this applies to

These instructions apply if you connected Facebook (for example, a Facebook Page) to PostGrow.

What data we may store

Depending on what you connected and used, we may store:

  • Facebook identifiers needed to maintain the connection (for example, an app-scoped user ID) and the Page IDs you connected.
  • Authorization tokens required to publish on your behalf (stored securely) and related connection metadata (scopes, expiry, etc.).
  • Content you created in PostGrow (drafts and scheduled posts), plus publish status and error logs tied to that connection.

How to request deletion

Email us at support@postgrow.app from the email address associated with your PostGrow account and include:

  • Your account email.
  • The Facebook Page(s) you connected (if known).
  • A clear request to delete your Facebook connection data (and any related publish logs, if desired).

What we will delete

After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize (as applicable):

  • Stored Facebook authorization tokens and connection records.
  • Stored Page connection metadata tied to your account/workspace.
  • Publish logs and error records that are directly tied to the Facebook connection (unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance).

Timeline

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Optional: remove access from Facebook

You can also remove PostGrow from your Facebook settings: go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, and remove this app from the list.
